Work produced during residency at Cot Valley, St Just, Cornwall, January 2024. Working here during one of the darkest months of the year enabled me to consider darkness as a shared constituent condition of photographic and mining practices and legacies. Underexposed negatives became positive prints to suggest sub-terrarium voids.
